Crew Operator

Consortio collaborates with a distinguished maritime company located in Athens, Greece, currently seeking a proficient Crew Operator to complement their team. In this role, you'll orchestrate vital crew changes for 10 Tanker Ships, ensuring meticulous compliance with regulations and company standards.

Your duties encompass verifying all requisite forms, certificates, visas, health reports, appraisals, and training records, alongside facilitating seamless communication with ports and agents. Additionally, you'll adeptly manage crew onboarding and offboarding processes, including the coordination of travel arrangements such as flight bookings through travel agencies.

Ideal candidates possess:

• Experience with Tanker vessels.
• At least 2 years in a similar maritime role
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• A diligent work ethic.
• Proficiency in Georgian is advantageous.
