We are now seeking a Crewing Operator to join their growing team in Limassol, Cyprus. This critical role sits at the core of the company’s crew operations and is responsible for ensuring seamless crew changes, regulatory compliance, and the smooth day-to-day running of crewing logistics. As the link between seafarers, internal departments, and external agents, the Crewing Operator plays a vital role in keeping vessels manned with competent, qualified, and well-supported crew members. Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience onboard a vessel or in a shore-based position within a shipping or ship management company.
  • A good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and crew management systems.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate closely with team members to ensure department continuity.
