As a Crewing Superintendent, you will be at the heart of the company's crewing operations, ensuring seamless and efficient management. Qualifications needed for the role:

• Seagoing experience as an officer, or a university degree with at least two years of experience in the recruitment industry
• Proficiency in maritime regulations, including STCW, MLC, and Flag State requirements
• Excellent command of the English language and strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional controlling and communication abilities
