Technical Superintendent

You will be joining a long-established global organisation within the maritime sector, supporting a diverse fleet and working alongside passionate shore-based and offshore professionals. This role will see you take full technical responsibility for passenger vessels, leading both on-shore and off-shore teams to ensure safe, compliant and cost-effective operations. You will oversee vessel inspections, maintenance, dry-dockings and repairs, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining close oversight of budgets, regulatory requirements and operational performance. As the key point of contact during emergencies, you’ll also play a vital role in promoting a strong safety culture and providing leadership and support to crew across assigned vessels.
 

The requirements for this role are:
 

• Sailing experience on Cruise Vessels as a Chief Engineer
   
• Experience as a Technical Superintendent looking after Cruise/Passenger ships
   
• Hold a valid Chief Engineers License - COC1 
   
• Fluency in English - both written and verbal 
   
• Ability and desire to relocate to Cyprus
