As part of their continued investment in personnel, they are now looking to hire a Crewing Superintendent to join their high-performing team in Limassol. This vital role is at the core of ensuring that vessels are crewed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. The Crewing Superintendent will manage end-to-end crewing operations, from recruitment and planning to performance monitoring and welfare, acting as a key liaison between the fleet, crew, and internal departments. With oversight of the crewing lifecycle, this role is pivotal in maintaining the company’s high standards and supporting long-term crew career progression.

Key Requirements:

• Either seagoing experience as an officer or a university degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in maritime recruitment or crewing operations.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven organisational and communication abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• A sound understanding of STCW, MLC, and Flag State regulations as they relate to crewing and safe manning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a solutions-focused and detail-oriented mindset.
