Key Requirements:

• Professional Background: Seagoing experience as an officer or a university degree coupled with at least two years of experience in the recruitment industry.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional controlling, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of STCW, MLC, and Flag State regulations, along with experience managing safe manning requirements and compliance.
• Organizational Expertise: Proven track record in crew rotation planning, performance monitoring, and career development initiatives for Seafarers.
