As a Crewing Superintendent, you will be at the heart of the company's crewing operations, ensuring seamless and efficient management of the Offshore Fleet. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a renowned organization dedicated to maintaining the highest standards. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of maritime crewing, contributing to the development of procedures, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring the timely resolution of any non-conformities and customer concerns.You'll report to the Senior Crewing Superintendent and the Crewing Fleet Manager as required.
Qualifications needed for the role:
- Experience in Crewing for Offshore vessels for a Ship Owner or Ship Management Company
- Proficiency in maritime regulations, including STCW, MLC, and Flag State requirements
- Excellent command of the English language and strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional controlling and communication abilities
- Effective crew change planning integrating seamlessly with the ship's operational planning
