Electrical Design Engineer

Consortio have partnered with a global maritime technology partner that create technical solutions for maritime projects. They are an independent naval architecture company that also integrates platform systems. Our client works on some of the most unique and technically challenging maritime projects worldwide. They operate within the markets for: submarines, special vessels, floating offshore energy and naval vessels. Due to new exciting upcoming projects they are looking for an Electrical Marine Engineer to join the team.

As an Electrical Marine Engineer you will be working on large scale projects including the detailed design aspect of the vessels. Your role would be to design the electrical installations, drive systems and automation onboard of the vessels. You would also act as a source of information for colleagues and customers.  

To be eligible for this role you need to:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in Electrical Design Engineering.
• Be a strong team player.
• Have the right to live/ work within the Netherlands.
• Have a background in shipbuilding.
• Fluent in written/ spoken English.
