As an Electrical Instructor within the technical training team, you will be responsible for delivering and developing electrical and technical courses for shipboard engineering personnel. The role involves hands-on and classroom instruction, the use of simulation-based training, and collaboration with operations and support departments to ensure smooth and effective course delivery. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by keeping training content aligned with evolving maritime technologies and best practices.
 

The requirements for this role are:
 

  • Experience as a 1st ETO or above
     
  • Previous cruise ships or passenger vessels
     
  • Teaching or training experience would be an asset
     
  • Strong knowledge of computers, networks, and MS Office 365
     
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
     
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work within a multicultural environment
     
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
