Due to continued expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to take charge of their dry cargo fleet. This key position will involve overseeing the technical and operational condition of multiple vessels, ensuring they meet international safety and compliance standards. You will be responsible for planning maintenance schedules, supporting vessel efficiency, and working closely with shipboard and onshore teams to drive performance.
 

Essential Criteria for the Role:
 

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Fleet Manager with a focus on dry cargo ships.
     
  • Previous seagoing experience as a Chief Engineer on dry cargo vessels.
     
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
     
  • Ability to travel at short notice.
