As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel department onboard. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and crew morale. This position requires an individual with strong management skills and a passion for excellence, as you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, from financial management to staff coordination and guest services.
Requirements:
- Management Experience: Proven track record in a similar role with exceptional management skills and hands-on experience.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, organizational, and active communication skills.
- Industry Background: Preferably graduated in the hotel industry with experience on (river) cruise ships.
- Hotel Management Expertise: Deep understanding of hotel management best practices and extensive F&B knowledge.
- Training and Development: Ability to train and develop crew members in all areas of hotel operations.
