We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join the ship-based vessel management team. This crucial role involves managing various HR projects and serving as the primary point of contact for all shipboard HR needs. The HR Manager ensures the alignment of HR functions with high-level business objectives, supports crew welfare, and promotes effective communication and development onboard.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a maritime or hospitality environment.
- Strong ability to work with ship management and department heads to implement reward and recognition programs.
- Expertise in facilitating onboarding and orientation programs for new crew members.
- Knowledge of MLC, STCW compliance, and other relevant IMO regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of supporting and guiding management teams with disciplinary processes and welfare support.
