Consortio has partnered with a leading offshore services provider recognised for delivering high-quality vessel and marine support solutions to the European offshore wind sector. Known for operational excellence, strong safety culture, and a commitment to continuous improvement, the business is now seeking to appoint a Junior Operations Manager to join its Europe-based team in a remote capacity.

This role plays a key part in supporting the Fleet Manager with the coordination and smooth running of a fleet of Crew Transfer Vessels working across multiple offshore wind projects. The position contributes directly to vessel readiness, compliance tracking, crew logistics, and day-to-day operational oversight, ensuring that vessels, personnel, and documentation remain aligned with regulatory and client expectations. Working collaboratively with technical teams, clients, and offshore crew, this opportunity provides meaningful exposure to fleet operations while offering clear room to develop within a structured and supportive environment.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Experience within offshore wind, CTVs, or maritime operations, including short-term or single-contract exposure.
  • Strong organisational skills with a structured, detail-focused approach.
  • Understanding of ISM/ISO systems, vessel certification, or compliance processes.
  • Confident communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Based within Europe and able to travel for offshore visits approximately one week per month.
  • Possession of an STCW qualification.

This position presents the chance to build a long-term career within a forward-thinking offshore organisation that values safety, professionalism, and growth. With flexible remote working and the opportunity to contribute directly to the performance of a dynamic European fleet, this role offers a strong platform for progression. If you believe you meet the requirements, please submit your CV.
