Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking a Junior Technical Project Supervisor to join their team in Cyprus. In this entry-level role, you will assist in coordinating and supporting technical projects that focus on the maintenance, upgrades, and modifications of the offshore fleet. You will work closely with senior technical staff, project teams, and vessel crews to ensure that projects are carried out effectively, on time, and in accordance with the company’s high technical and safety standards.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have 1-2 years’ experience in a technical support role or project coordination within the offshore or maritime industry.
- Possess a strong interest in offshore vessel operations, technical projects, and maintenance processes.
- Have a solid understanding of project management principles and the ability to support project execution.
- Be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Have the willingness to relocate to Cyprus and work on-site.
- Show strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
