Junior Technical Superintendent

Due to continued success they are looking to expand in 2025 and are looking to hire a Junior Technical Superintendent. As a Junior Technical Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical performance and compliance of our offshore vessels. You will monitor and manage daily operations in line with safety, quality, and environmental objectives, working closely with offshore crews, technical teams, and third-party contractors. Your role will involve overseeing maintenance programs, managing repairs, and ensuring that all vessels are ready for inspections and surveys.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements: 

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Naval Architecture.
   
• Minimum 2-3 years in a similar technical offshore role.
   
• Proficiency in English; strong PC skills, including MS Office and AutoCAD.
   
• Willingness to travel at short notice, including offshore assignments.
   
• Clean criminal record, excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
   
• Familiar with offshore safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
   
• Ability to work flexible hours and be adaptable to offshore schedules.
