Our client, a prominent and reputable player in the maritime sector, is recognised for its expertise in LNG vessel operations. The company is well-known for its commitment to operational safety, efficiency, and environmental stewardship. With a focus on continuous innovation and expansion, they maintain a strong presence in the global LNG shipping market, ensuring the highest standards across their fleet.
 

To further their success, they are looking for a Marine Superintendent to join their team in Athens, Greece. This pivotal role involves overseeing the operational and technical management of LNG vessels. You will ensure that vessels adhere to industry regulations, carry out inspections, coordinate maintenance, and provide support to crews. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure optimal performance and safe, seamless operations.
 

To be considered for this role, you must have:
 

  • At least 2 years of experience sailing as a Master or Senior Officer aboard LNG vessels.
     
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Marine Superintendent in the maritime industry.
     
  • Comprehensive understanding of LNG vessel operations and safety standards.
     
  • Proven track record in managing vessel performance and resolving operational issues efficiently.
     
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in English.
