  • Tanker experience: Strong technical knowledge of tanker vessels, including vessel maintenance, repairs, machinery and the application of relevant international rules, regulations and classification requirements.
  • Leadership & communication: Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with Masters, Chief Engineers, crew and shore-based stakeholders.
  • Financial & commercial awareness: Experience managing purchasing, budgets and technical costs, with the ability to maintain strong financial control while ensuring vessels are operated safely and efficiently.
  • Professional capability: Good command of English, a strong understanding of safety and environmental requirements, and the ability to implement, monitor and continuously improve company management systems.

If your experience matches the requirements of this opportunity and you're ready to take the next step in your shore-based career, we'd be keen to hear from you.
