We are currently looking for a Marine Superintendent to join our team in Greece. This pivotal role supports the Marine Manager and works closely with vessel Masters and crews to ensure smooth operations aligned with the highest industry standards. The Marine Superintendent plays a key role in upholding safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance, while also driving continuous improvement and inspection readiness across the fleet.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ seagoing experience in a command role
• In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations and best practices
• Familiarity with the operational needs of vessels under your management
• Proficiency in internal audits, incident investigations, and risk management
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
