We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Marine Superintendent to join the Marine Department based in Limassol. This is a critical role, directly supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of vessels. As a Marine Superintendent, you will play a vital part in upholding regulatory standards, mentoring shipboard staff, and ensuring vessels meet customer and industry expectations. Your contributions will influence navigational practices, safety culture, environmental responsibility, and crew development across the fleet.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum two years’ experience in command at sea is essential. Applicants without this experience will not be considered.
• In-depth operational knowledge of the bulk carrier trade, with practical exposure to the handling of IMDG cargoes.
• Comprehensive understanding of international maritime regulations and familiarity with industry guidelines and best practices.
• Proven ability in risk assessment, incident investigation, and internal audits, along with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities, with fluency in English and a proactive approach to leadership.
