We are currently seeking an experienced Marine Superintendent on behalf of our client for their operations based in Cyprus. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to the Marine Manager and assist the Masters and crews of the vessels. The Marine Superintendent will ensure that vessels operate at the highest standards, fully complying with international regulations and company policies. This position is crucial for maintaining the quality, safety, health, and environmental standards across the fleet, ensuring readiness for inspections and promoting continual improvement in all operational areas.

Requirements:

• Operational expertise with Bulk Carriers and Container ships
• Minimum two years of seagoing experience in a command position (Chief Officer and above)
• Shore-based experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry guidelines
• Skills and experience in internal auditing, incident investigation, and risk management
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Native English proficiency or equivalent is strongly preferred
