We are seeking a dedicated Marine Superintendent to join our team in Greece. This crucial role involves providing essential support to the Marine Manager and assisting the Masters and crews of our vessels. The Marine Superintendent will ensure that our vessels operate at the highest standards, complying with international regulations and company policies. This role is vital for maintaining the quality, safety, health, and environmental standards of our fleet, ensuring readiness for inspections and promoting continual improvement across all operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of seagoing experience in a command position
- Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry guidelines
- Operational expertise with the types of ships managed by the Marine Superintendent
- Skills and experience in internal auditing, incident investigation, and risk management
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
