We are currently looking for a dedicated Marine Superintendent to join our team in Greece. This pivotal role involves supporting the Marine Manager and working closely with the Masters and crews of our vessels. The Marine Superintendent will play a key role in ensuring our vessels operate at the highest standards, fully adhering to international regulations and company policies. This position is critical in upholding the fleet's quality, safety, health, and environmental benchmarks, ensuring inspection readiness and fostering continuous operational improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • At least two years of seagoing experience in a command role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry standards.
  • Operational expertise in managing the specific vessel types under the Marine Superintendent’s purview.
  • Proficiency in internal auditing, incident investigation, and risk management.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
