Operations Coordinator

They provide expert support to vessel owners, operators, and charterers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for vessels calling at global ports. The company’s dedicated team manages everything from the coordination of port services to compliance with local regulations, offering solutions for safe, reliable, and timely port operations.
 

As a result of continued success they are looking to expand their team and are looking for an Operations Coordinator. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of ensuring the efficient execution of port activities, working directly with various stakeholders including shipping lines, port authorities, customs, and service providers. Your role will involve coordinating all aspects of vessel operations from the moment a ship arrives in port until its departure, ensuring that each step is handled professionally and on time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maritime operations, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
 

The requirements for this role are: 
 

• At least 1 years of experience in port operations, shipping, or logistics.
   
• Experience in a port agency environment is highly desirable.
   
• A background in maritime studies, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
   
• Fluency in English and Dutch is essential.
