Planning Coordinator

In this role, you will coordinate the dynamic activities of our office staff. The maritime sector is fast-paced and ever-changing, so no two days are alike. One moment a loss adjuster might expect a quiet day of administrative work, and the next moment, they could be dispatched to a new assignment. Our experts report on these diverse and unexpected tasks as soon as they complete their inspections, making each day varied and interesting while you ensure the smooth operation of all office activities.

Your responsibilities will include various administrative and planning tasks. As we operate on a global scale, much of the communication will be in English. Your day-to-day tasks will be varied and challenging, including:

• Handling incoming assignments via phone and email, serving as the first point of contact for our customers and clients
• Coordinating and forwarding assignments to our adjusters and assisting them in scheduling appointments
• Creating and maintaining files
• Performing various administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of our team

Your organizational skills and customer-oriented approach will play a crucial role in our daily operations.

What We Ask of You

• The ability to adapt well to a work environment that can vary greatly in terms of workload from day to day
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and confidence
• Experience in the maritime sector is an advantage
• Attention to detail and strong administrative skills
