We are now seeking a dynamic Project Manager (Crewing) to join their Limassol office and take ownership of a range of high-impact projects within the crewing and training departments. This is a vital role that sits at the heart of the company’s crew management strategy—supporting initiatives focused on recruitment, retention, performance, competence development, and training. As the Project Manager, you’ll drive transformation by ensuring the successful execution of operational projects, working cross-functionally to align goals, improve processes, and deliver long-term value to the business and its seafarers.
Key Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Human Resources or a related field.
- Professional certification in Project Management (such as PMP or PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in managing operational or HR-related projects, ideally within the maritime or logistics sectors.
- Solid understanding of crewing operations, maritime training standards and regulatory frameworks including STCW and MLC.
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using tools like MS Project, Smartsheet or Jira.
