Senior Agency Operator

The role is for a Senior Agency Operator to join their team of enthusiastic and independent employees. You will be responsible for maintaining daily contact with customers, clients and vessel authorities. In addition to this, you will be expected to supervise and control all deliveries that are made to the vessels and be the first point of contact for all customers. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the planning of crew changes and coordinate and control deliveries on board ships.
 

In order to be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
 

• Be in possession of a diploma in shipping and logistics.
   
• Have good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
   
• Be a good communicator.
   
• Be willing to work mornings / nights and weekends.
   
• In possession of a Driver’s License.
