Senior Bunker Trader / Trading Manager

Consortio has partnered with a highly reputed, family run bunker trading company who are targeting an experienced, Senior Trader to carry out the next stage of their expansion.

With established offices across Europe and Asia, our client now requires a senior bunker trader / trading manager to set up and cement a local presence in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, UAE, you will be responsible for developing a completely new branch for the business, managing everything from the opening of the new office to your daily trade, through to then eventually leading a team that you will have authority to put together yourself.

To be eligible for this role, you will:
 

• Have worked as a bunker trader for a minimum of 5 years
• Have an established and transferable portfolio of customers
• Be proven in generating consistent, high levels of monthly gross profit
• Have a strong knowledge of the local market
• Have aspirations to develop into a managerial position / mentor more junior staff members
• Be based in Dubai, UAE or willing and able to relocate
