As part of this exciting partnership, we are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Superintendent to play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical performance, safety, and operational readiness of a fleet of DP2 and DP3 vessels. This position is vital in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the assigned ships while maintaining alignment with international maritime standards and company procedures. The successful candidate will bring deep technical insight, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, all while supporting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Requirements:
- Chief Engineer’s license with a minimum of two (2) years of sea service as Chief Engineer on DP2 or DP3 vessels.
- At least two (2) years of experience as a Technical Superintendent within a reputable shipping company.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and vessel teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of the marine industry, including applicable Rules, Regulations, and Company Management Systems.
- Proven technical knowledge of assigned vessel types, alongside experience in purchasing, repair management, dry-docking, and budget cost control.
