As a European Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch service to our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including troubleshooting, on-board inspections, system repairs, installations, testing, and remote technical support. Working closely with our design engineers in Singapore or Korea, you will ensure the seamless operation of Ro-Ro systems, thus contributing significantly to our success in the European market.
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Willingness and ability to travel to international ports in Europe to service clients' vessels.
- In-depth knowledge of Ro-Ro equipment and systems.
- Hands-on experience with the operation of hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Marine/shipbuilding is required for this position.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
