Shipyard Sales Manager

Our client is an advanced and dynamic shipyard established in 1984 with over 40 years’ experience in the Marine industry. The consistently provide high-tech vessels that serve in major offshore, and security operations worldwide. They provide services including but not limited to shipbuilding, ship repair, and ship conversions. They are now looking to fill a Sales Manager vacancy in their sunny Dubai office.

Our client seeks to hire a Sales Manager to support the team. The position requires you to create and maintain positive client relationships. Including the gathering of client and market intelligence to best qualify potential projects. You will co-ordinate with engineering and relevant departments to support the close of a sale as well as monitoring/reporting the activities on existing sales prospects.

To be eligible for this role you need:

• Good written and spoken English.
• Minimum 10 years with at least 5 years’ experience as a sales manager in a reputable shipbuilding yard with a proven track record of achieving sales target.
• University degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to travel.
