We are currently seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join this respected organisation. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering high-quality structural design work across various projects, ensuring technical standards and deadlines are consistently met. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, the role supports innovation, research and development, and continuous improvement efforts, helping the company maintain its reputation for engineering excellence.

 

Requirements for this role:

  • At least three years’ relevant experience in the marine industry, with strong naval and structural engineering knowledge.

 

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to meet agreed deadlines and targets.

 

  • Ability to analyse technical challenges and apply sound engineering judgement to develop practical solutions.

 

  • Commercially aware, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and level of detail.

 

  • Proficient in producing clear and well-presented technical drawings and documentation.
