We are currently seeking an experienced Subproject Manager for HVAC Installation to oversee critical site management and HVAC installations for new ship builds. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating site operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and leading a dedicated team of technicians and subcontractors. You will play a key part in meeting project timelines and maintaining the high standards our client is known for globally.
Key Requirements:
- Technician, Master, or Engineer background in plant construction, shipbuilding, or mechanical engineering
- Demonstrated experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Installer in shipbuilding
- Proficiency in German, with English skills preferred
- Strong skills in MS Office and a structured, organized work styleLeadership capabilities and a willingness to travel for project needs
