A global shipbroking brand is scaling its presence in Hamburg - they’re looking for a sharp, Tanker Shipbroker to join their growing team. Help drive growth across one of the world’s most complex and competitive market - you’ll join a high-performance team that operates globally and play a key role in driving deal flow, client acquisition, and long-term partnerships.

This is more than a desk - it’s a launchpad for someone who can bring energy, market insight, and commercial edge to a fast growing business. Whether your strengths lie in CPP or DPP, West or East of Suez, this role offers autonomy, access, and the space to outperform. You’ll be embedded within a performance-first culture that values calibre over credentials - relationships, execution, and cultural IQ matter more than a list of qualifications.

In this role, you'll focus on the following:

- Client Development & Market Growth - Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of high-value clients.
- Cross-Cultural Communication - Operate effectively across geographies and cultures, unlocking new business in emerging and established regions.
- Performance Delivery - Own the full cycle from cold call to close, executing deals with speed, clarity, and confidence.
- Commercial Intelligence - Apply market insight to stay ahead of trends and deliver value in every negotiation.
- Strategic Agility - Work with senior leadership and cross-border teams to influence broader market strategy and positioning.

This is a rare opportunity to play a pivitol role in shaping the future of a high-performance desk - with the backing of a globally recognised brand and a team that gets deals done. The Hamburg team is lean by design, meaning you’ll have a genuine voice, fast decision-making, and the chance to contribute strategically from day one.
