As part of their ongoing growth, our client is seeking a skilled Technical Superintendent to take responsibility for the management of their oil and chemical tanker fleet. In this position, you will ensure that vessels are operated safely, maintained to the highest standards, and remain fully compliant with industry regulations. You will lead all aspects of technical support, including repair planning, budgeting, dry-docking, and coordination with onboard staff and external partners.
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Technical Superintendent role managing oil and/or chemical tankers.
- Previous seafaring experience on board oil or chemical tankers.
- Valid Chief Engineer’s license.
- High level of proficiency in English – both spoken and written.
