As a Technical Manager you'll play a pivotal role in advancing Safety & Environment operations, leading and supporting a team of Field Engineers, Project Managers, Account Managers, and collaborators under the guidance of the Technical Director. Your technical expertise will be essential in providing comprehensive support across various business functions, including troubleshooting, modernization, and root cause analysis activities. Responsibilities include offering technical support to project, sales, and field teams, supervising and nurturing technical services staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures for field services, quality, and HSE, managing modernizations and intricate repair projects, and acting as a technical expert liaison, supporting teams and clients, and managing HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in:

• Gas detection systems (Fixed and portable)
• Tank-level measuring systems
• Gas and water analysis systems
• Electrical control systems
• Process instrumentation
• Ballast water treatment systems
• Automation systems
• Test and calibration equipment
• Maritime communication and navigation equipment
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and office experience.
• Demonstrated drive for professional growth, integrity, and effective communication skills.
