Technical Project Supervisor

To support their expanding operations, our client is looking for a highly motivated Technical Project Supervisor to join their team in Cyprus. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing technical projects within the offshore fleet, ensuring the successful execution of technical solutions, vessel upgrades, and modifications. You will work closely with project teams, vessel crews, and other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
 

To be considered for this role you must:
 

• Have at least 5 years’ experience in a technical project management role, ideally within the offshore shipping or energy sector.
   
• Strong background in vessel upgrades, modifications, and maintenance projects.
   
• Excellent understanding of offshore vessel operations and the technical requirements specific to the sector.
   
• Be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
   
• Have the ability to relocate to Cyprus and work on-site.
   
• Be an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
