As their fleet continues to expand, they are now seeking a Technical Superintendent to strengthen their team and support the safe operation of their vessels.

This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth technical management of the company’s tanker fleet. Reporting to the Technical Fleet Manager and Commercial Manager, the Technical Superintendent will oversee the operational integrity, safety, and compliance of assigned vessels. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in managing ship performance, supporting onboard teams, and ensuring vessels meet all technical and regulatory standards. With a mix of technical oversight, financial control, and hands-on problem solving, the role is suited to professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Requirements:

• A marine engineering degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience at sea or ashore, or a Chief Engineer’s license with at least 2 years' sea service, or 2+ years in a Technical Superintendent role.
• Strong leadership, organisational and teamworking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent command of English.
• Solid understanding of international maritime regulations and ship management systems.
• Proven technical knowledge of tanker vessels, along with budgeting and procurement experience.
