Technical Superintendent

A leading international ship management company is seeking an experienced Technical Superintendent to join their growing team in Cyprus, managing a fleet of cruise vessels. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall technical management of assigned cruise ships. Your duties will include overseeing vessel performance, coordinating maintenance and dry-dockings, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing technical budgets. Success in this position requires solid technical knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and a clear understanding of the unique operational demands of cruise ships.
 

To be considered, candidates should have:
 

• At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Superintendent with cruise vessels.
   
• Previous sailing experience as a Chief Engineer on cruise ships.
   
• Comprehensive knowledge of Class, Flag State, and international maritime regulations.
   
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
   
• A proactive approach and strong coordination skills with both shipboard and shore-based teams.
