A leading international ship management company is seeking an experienced Technical Superintendent to join their growing team in Cyprus, managing a fleet of cruise vessels. With a strong reputation for safety, compliance, and quality service delivery, the company offers an exciting opportunity to work in a high-profile, passenger-centric maritime segment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall technical management of assigned cruise ships. Your duties will include overseeing vessel performance, coordinating maintenance and dry-dockings, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing technical budgets. Success in this position requires solid technical knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and a clear understanding of the unique operational demands of cruise ships.
To be considered, candidates should have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Superintendent with cruise vessels.
- Previous sailing experience as a Chief Engineer on cruise ships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Class, Flag State, and international maritime regulations.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A proactive approach and strong coordination skills with both shipboard and shore-based teams.
