The Technical Superintendent will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient technical operations of the heavy lift and offshore installation vessels. Responsibilities include planning and organizing maintenance activities, implementing and maintaining the Company’s Management System, monitoring vessel performance, overseeing daily technical operations, and providing guidance to the engineering team. Additionally, the Superintendent will be a key member of the Emergency Response Team and will execute tasks assigned by the Director of Technical Operations.

Qualifications needed for the role:

• Sailing experience as an officer or a university degree and similar office experience in the maritime industry.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch is an advantage but not essential.
• Residency in the local area as the company cannot sponsor or relocate.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Fully conversant with applicable international and national rules and regulations.
• Flexible, self-motivated and proactive.
