We are currently seeking an experienced Yacht Charter Broker to join the team in Monaco or London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their preferences, and guiding them through the yacht chartering process. Working closely with high-net-worth individuals, the Yacht Charter Broker will lead charter inquiries from initial contact to successful booking, collaborating with internal teams for seamless transactions. Responsibilities also include identifying suitable yachts, negotiating contracts, and promoting our charter services at industry events.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven Yacht Charter Broker experience with a successful track record.
  • In-depth knowledge of yacht types, charter market trends, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an independent and fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages considered advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
