We are currently seeking a 2nd Electro Technical Officer (ETO) for the shipboard electrical department. This pivotal role involves executing electrical maintenance and overhaul tasks as directed by the Chief ETO. The 2nd ETO ensures the seamless operation of all electrical systems on the ship, contributing to the safety and efficiency of our luxury cruise experience.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in maintaining and repairing main and auxiliary engine electrical systems, including propulsion and power generation.
• Proficiency in performing regular safety checks and planned maintenance on electrical systems.
• Competence in updating electrical drawings and managing work reports using systems like Amos and Fidelio.
• Ability to take over duties in the engine control room and assist with critical systems as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism and courtesy when interacting with passengers and crew.
