We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie, a vital position within the galley operations. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for producing high-quality dishes across a variety of dining services—from breakfast buffets to a la carte lunches and gourmet dinners. Your expertise will ensure that each meal not only meets but exceeds the expectations of international guests and crew, with a strong focus on taste, quality, presentation, and consistency. This role is key to upholding the culinary standards that define the cruise line's luxury reputation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine, food preparation techniques, and safe food handling.
- Familiarity with systems such as Fidelio and inventory management tools is highly desirable.
- Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Proven leadership abilities to support, train, and supervise junior kitchen staff within assigned stations.
