Consortio are proud to be working with a leading maritime company in search of a qualified Crewing Fleet Manager. The Crewing Fleet Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the crewing department spanning 50 vessels. Responsibilities include planning and organizing activities, implementing and maintaining the Company’s Management System, monitoring crew performance, overseeing daily fleet operations, and providing guidance to departmental staff. Additionally, the Manager will represent the Crewing Department in the Company’s Emergency Response Team and execute tasks assigned by the Director of Crewing Operations.
Qualifications:
- Seagoing experience as an officer, or a university degree and experience in the maritime industry of not less than five years
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Good command of the English language
- Fully conversant with applicable international and national rules and regulations.
