We are seeking a dynamic Destination Manager to join our shipboard hotel department. This role is vital for managing the team responsible for the onboard sales and operation of high-quality, revenue-generating destination experiences. The Destination Manager ensures maximum guest satisfaction and profitability by meticulously overseeing every aspect of the destination services, from planning and execution to guest interaction and feedback.

 

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in managing teams and overseeing day-to-day operations within a customer-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to understand and promote destination experiences that align with the cruise's target market and themes.
  • Strong skills in maintaining positive relationships with local tour providers and managing effective communication with shoreside teams.
  • Competence in handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and excellent customer service.
  • Ability to conduct familiarisation trips, gather detailed destination knowledge, and effectively communicate plans to relevant parties.
