We are seeking a dedicated Electro Technical Officer (ETO) to join the shipboard electrical department. This role is crucial for maintaining and overhauling the ship's electrical systems, ensuring smooth and safe operations under the guidance of the Chief ETO. The ETO will be responsible for maintaining engine electrical systems, performing safety checks, updating electrical drawings, and supervising daily work. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the high standards of luxury cruising.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair, particularly with engine automation systems.
  • Familiarity with high voltage switchboards and installations.
  • Ability to perform regular safety checks and planned maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Competency in updating electrical drawings and reporting work through systems like Amos and Fidelio.Excellent interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with passengers and crew.
  • EU Passport holder.
  • Fluent in English - Reading, writing and speaking.
