As the HR Director, you will serve as the ambassador of the cruise line's culture, guiding and supporting the crew with your exceptional people skills. This pivotal role requires you to be the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company standards and enhancing the overall onboard experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring that crew members are well-integrated and supported throughout their time on the vessel.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in staff management and two years in recruitment.
  • Proven ability in managing disciplinary actions and resolving conflicts.
  • Strong coaching and counseling skills, with fluency in English and Italian (C1 level); a third language at B2 level is preferred.
  • Previous onboard experience is highly recommended.
