As a Learning Officer, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. You will be responsible for organizing and delivering a variety of training programs, including product and service training, soft skills development, and English language instruction. By identifying training needs and implementing effective learning strategies, you will ensure that the crew is well-equipped to provide top-tier service, directly impacting guest satisfaction and the overall success of the cruise.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in soft skills training, course development, and design, ideally within the Hospitality & Tourism industry.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level) and a basic command of Italian (B1 level).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder management.
  • Willingness to live and work on board for a 5-month contract, with a 7-day work week.
