Consortio is proud to be partnered with a leading offshore vessel operator renowned for delivering safe and efficient marine solutions worldwide. With a fleet of cutting-edge Multi-Purpose Support Vessels (MPSVs), our client plays a critical role in offshore construction, subsea operations, and project support. As part of their continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Master Mariner to join their team and lead vessel operations in challenging offshore environments.

 

The Master Mariner is the highest authority onboard, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessel in compliance with international and company regulations. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence, overseeing navigation, crew management, and ensuring the vessel’s readiness for complex offshore projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive offshore experience, and a commitment to upholding the highest safety and regulatory standards.

 

Requirements:

  • STCW Master Unlimited Certificate of Competency (CoC) with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as Master on offshore support vessels, preferably MPSVs.
  • Extensive knowledge of DP operations, subsea activities, and offshore logistics.
  • Proven track record in crew leadership, risk assessment, and safety compliance.
  • Strong understanding of SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and international maritime regulations.
  • Valid GMDSS, Medical Certificate, and offshore survival training (BOSIET/FOET).
