Our client is a ship owner based in Europe and has grown to become a globally player in the transportation of oils and chemicals. Their vessels travelling through all major ports. As an independent carrier they provide transportation services to chemical/oil ship operators and not to proprietary cargo interests or the general public. They have been very successful over the years, and as a result have a thriving office in Germany. With expansion set to continue they require an Office Manager/Receptionist to support the office in Hamburg.
The successful candidate will be expected to complete task such as meeting and greeting guest and organising refreshments for meetings. Further duties include organising the stores orders and booking travel arrangements, while completing general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Successful candidates will have:
- Comfortable with working 20 hours a week.
- Happy to work in a team.
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint).
- Ability to multi-task.
- Have excellent command of the German and English language.
