Requirements:

• Previous experience in the hotel industry or on a cruise ship is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with effective communication and active listening abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work well in a team.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages, such as German, are an advantage.
• Professional appearance, reliability, and strong organizational skills are essential.
